Through research, I believe I have found that Richard Elvin Grossman was born February 13, 1959. Known relatives are: Cari Tortes (Cari Louise Grossman) and Cari Watkins, Roberta Grossman, Carl Grossman, George Grossman, Patricia Grossman, Lisa Vacchi and Howard Tortes. He lived in West Covina, Monrovia, Yucaipa, Redlands, Hacienda Heights, Santa Ana and Chino. I have reached out to a few of them on Facebook but have had no luck with responses.
