UPDATE: I have been in contact with Stanley's family and this is not him. Casperso(e)n is not a common name but when it comes to the Navy, I cannot find another one that matches. Please share with anyone you know with the last name Casperso(e)n so we can get this picture sent home.
I came across this Navy photo and all that is written on the back is SDY Casperson 93642. Through research I believe that this is Stanley David Caspersen. He was Born March 3, 1941 in Spokane, Washington and passed away July 30, 2010 in Reno, Nevada. He is survived by his second wife, Eileen, daughter Heidi McKenna (husband Sam Whilding), son Erik Caspersen and sister Marjorie McPhillips.
